Submit Your Application & Fee

• Complete and submit your application along with the required documents.

• Pay the application fee

Application Review & Approval

• We will review your application and notify you once it’s approved.

Secure Your Lot

• Sign your lease agreement.

• Submit your $1,500 lot deposit. Once we receive these, we’ll reserve your lot.

Schedule Your Home Delivery

• For a pre-owned home, we’ll coordinate a delivery date with you.

• For a newly built home, we can schedule delivery once construction is complete.
