How It Works
Step-by-step process to rent a space:
1. Contact the Pecan Park Office to inquire about available spaces.
2. Receive the Storage Agreement Form and review the terms.
3. Fill Out the Form and submit it via text, email, or in person, and a space will be assigned to you.
4. Once assigned, you’ll receive a unique code for secure entry to the parking area.
5. Start Storing Your Vehicle or Trailer hassle-free!
What Can Be Stored?
We currently offer parking and storage spaces for the following:

• Trailers & Items Securely Loaded on Trailers (e.g., equipment, tools, recreational gear)
*Please note that RVs, campers, or motorhomes cannot be stored at this time.
Perks of Renting a Parking Space
• Affordable & Convenient: $60 per month, added to rent or paid separately.
• Secure Access: Each renter receives a unique access code for controlled entry.
• Peace of Mind: Reserved parking space with added security.
• 24/7 Access: Ability to park your vehicle at any time, offering flexibility.
• Flexibility with Vehicle Changes: Renters can change vehicles in their designated space as needed, with up to 4 vehicles allowed to be registered to a single space. This provides flexibility if you have multiple vehicles or need to switch vehicles seasonally.
Parking Space Rules & Guidelines
• Timely Payment Required: A $5 daily late fee applies starting on the 4th of the month.
• Access Restrictions: Access codes will be deactivated if payment is overdue by 24 hours.
• Vehicle Removal: Non-payment beyond 48 hours may result in vehicle removal at the renter’s expense.
• Liability: Renters are responsible for their property; Pecan Park is not liable for damage or theft.
• Cleanliness & Compliance: Keep your space clean—no outside storage of items.
