Community Parking and Visitor Guidelines
If your vehicle is towed, contact G&G Impounding for assistance. Prompt registration ensures smooth access and avoids inconvenience. We ask all residents and visitors to follow these parking and visitor policies to maintain a safe and organized community.
Vehicle Registration
All tenant vehicles must be registered to avoid towing.
Registration is a two-step process:
• Portal Entry: Log in to your MyCommunityVIP portal and enter the required basic vehicle information.
Once this step is completed, your submission will be sent to the office for approval.
• Document Submission: Submit proof of valid vehicle insurance or title, and a clear photo of the vehicle, to the office.
Once all proper documents are provided, the office will approve your registration.
After approval, vehicle passes will be assigned electronically through the MyCommunityVIP portal.

Parking Restrictions
Residents are not permitted to park in visitor spaces, and parking on the grass or street is strictly prohibited.
Violators will be towed immediately without warning and incur a $500 fee per incident/vehicle.
Visitor Parking
Visitors staying overnight (7 PM - 7 AM) must have a valid visitor's pass.
Residents are responsible for obtaining visitor and tenant permits through their MyCommunityVIP portal to ensure smooth access for their guests.
